Duke always has a great haircut when I bring him here and usually only takes about an hour. Very good 😊 good and friendly with my Dog!🐕

We took our little dog here for his usual haircut. He came back and she had missed several long pieces of hair and the cut was overall a mess. We called and she had us bring him in to 'fix it'. When we got there she was so rude! Saying if we didnt like how she cut the hair we could go somewhere else. Then she told us to leave so she could work. We stood outside and as soon as she was done we were out of there. Never to return! It's insane she's still in business with how rude and unprofessional she is.

Do not use if you have an alpha dog because they are scared of these type of dogs, made an appointment three months ago and dropped my german shepherd off. They called me 45 minutes later and requested that I come pick my dog up. The previous groomer at this location never had an issue with her. I contacted another groomer here in Spearfish and had to wait for another couple of months to get an appointment. Today I took my dog to Spearfish Animal Hospital grooming and they did not have any problem getting her groomed, they did a fantastic job on my “ vicious “ dog without any incident! You can’t be scared of dogs if you choose to offer this type of service.

You will be called a brat for leaving a voice message about how unsatisfied you were with her grooming, she will not actually listen to the pets owner. I made it clear that my dog was to get the same haircut everytime however I had work and had a family member take him and now he lacks his wonderful Mohawk that's he's had for roughly 2 years. I never cursed or yelled or screamed. I will not be taking my dog here as clearly she cannot handle simple instructions nor criticism.

I've taken my dog there several times now. They are attentive to detail, offer a proper grooming service, facility is clean, very professional!
