Bear Paw Veterinary Services

I was nervous at first to take my dog here as it was a new place and my pup is kinda different with people. When we arrived it was very welcoming and inviting. All the staff were very friendly, kind and very compassionate. The staff that took care of my Bubba were so understanding and listened to me.

I wanted to take the time to share the compassion and care our animals have received, so greatful for the vets at this clinic. They go above and beyond to make sure our animals are comfortable. This past Thursday didn't go as planned and my old lady dog was diagnosed with reoccurring cancer, im so thankful for such a caring vet team in such a difficult season.

Bear Paw Vets have always taken good care of my pets. I have used their clinic and emergency services, and I believe they genuinely care about their patients. The friendly staff and services they offer are excellent.

I have loved Bear Paw Vet for a while, but a new vet (Dr. McKayla DeNio) combined with a total ineptitude dealing with the online pharmacy they go through has made me exceptionally unhappy. And if they try to tell me that I cannot change pharmacies after the absolute BS they have put me through just trying to get medication for my dog, I guess that means I will be switching vets too. Perhaps just steering clear of Dr. DeNio will be enough, as I have never had an issue with either Dr. McCann or Dr. Whitmore, but I cannot believe the garbage I have had to go through because someone cannot do basic math to understand that one and a half 32mg tablets is the same as a 32mg tablet plus a 16mg tablet. And what have they done to try to fix the problem? Absolutely nothing. And who is going to have

My friend, Jen had recommended Bear Paw to me, and I'm glad that we listened to her recommendation. Even though it's obvious they're used to dealing with a lot of larger animals, they were reasonably priced and also very good with my Boston Terrier mix. Thank you!
