Giovanna and Sarah are excellent trainers and my 9mo golden Lenny loves going to structured daycare with them every Monday! Giovanna has treated Lenny like her own since we started working with her 6+ months ago. He absolutely loves her and she has taught both of us so much. She has SO much knowledge. Highly recommend going to BBK for training classes!

I am so relieved, my 18 1/2 year old kitty had such a good experience here. I had never boarded my cat before, but it was unavoidable. I picked this kennel because they seemed nice, had good reviews, had an opening, and it's right around the corner from my vet. They allow you to pick an option for special attention, which I have not seen at other kennels or petsitter. When I called to check in on my cat, the woman answering the phone knew exactly who I was asking about, which was so reassuring. They know the animals well enough, that they knew mine right off the bat and were able to provide an update. Bear Brook Kennel is wonderful! Our third dog to board here regularly over 20 years. We know that the staff will always go above and beyond to make sure our current pup is happy, healthy, and well cared for. Where else would a dog wag her tail vigorously as she walks in, offer a quick hug good-bye and off she goes to see what's going on at her home away from home.?
