They did a great job spaying my stray cat Lola, she was having pus and bloody discharge and I was so scared she was going to die from Pyometra. After doing research I came across this place and I thoroughly read the services they offered on their website and instantly booked her spay and paid online. So I got the email receipt for my appointment which said I had to complete the intake form at least 24 hours prior to day of surgery. I was very stressed because in nyc getting anywhere in time is not possible and I was 30m late to drop her off and pick her up. They still accepted Lola and did her exam before her surgery which I’m so grateful for. I got my 7 month old baby spayed today and she’s doing so well🥹 The workers were very sweet and helpful. I love how affordable this place is specially for new york. The process is very easy, just make sure to go over the website before because it has everything you need.

I want to share my experience so others are aware. Last night, I had a very disappointing encounter with this clinic. I recently adopted a kitten from an adoption center in Queens and was looking for a rescue to get him neutered, as the adoption center didn’t have any availability soon. I found this clinic online and decided to give them a chance, despite being unsure because of mixed reviews. Leading up to the appointment, I received no follow-up calls or emails. Then, last night at 6:50 PM, I received an email requesting that I complete paperwork for the surgery. Around the same time, I started receiving text messages from a staff member that I found rude and harassing. Even after I told him that I was at work and could not respond to long messages or fill out paperwork while on the clo

We got 7 feral cats spayed/neutered here. They are efficient, kind, and highly qualified vets. Definitely bring feral and community outdoor cats here!
