I just want to thank Dr. Mauro and the rest of the team for taking phenomenal care of my 15 year old Missy, both during her illness and the end-of-life care. I lost her on 8/9/23 and just got around to posting this but I am so grateful to everyone there. It’s a great place. Thank you Bay Animal Hospital

The Dr. and staff here are on point. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone who needs care at a decent price.

I had to bring my cat Olly on Friday to the vet in Townsend. I don’t know how to start but my cat was sick in June and had the same symptoms now again. I explained the vet how Olly was in June and how his symptoms are now the same. The vet was very kind and took the time to listen to me and to give my cat the same treatment like he received in June (btw we went to a different vet in June). The staff is very nice and takes their time for their furry patients what I liked a lot. The vet tech we had was so friendly too and gave me advises for my cat and answered all my questions. I felt like my cat got the best care at this vet office and I will bring my pets from now on always to that facility. The front desk was also very friendly and kind. Long story short. The staff has always been caring and dedicated. We recently took our 2 pups for shots and a checkup. The front staff, the doctor, and the assistant were all very patient them and made them feel relaxed so everything went well. 😊
