I researched and reviewed all the veterinarian's in my area . I found Bay Animal Hospital. From the start of booking the appointment was a wonderful experience. I've dealt with a lot of veterinarian's and it's a roll of the dice. I was so relaxed and was very impressed with empathy and compassion they showed me and my little guys. I'm looking forward to the relationship with them. If you need someone that will go the extra mile for you then look no further then Bay Animal Hospital. Price wise was very much the best surprise. I called them in a panic because my cats eye was swelling and had gunk from a scratch. I was trying to get an appointment for the next day, but they told me to come in the same day to help. Not only did they work with my budget, the staff were extremely kind and sweet. It was the first time my cat had been to the vet in a while, and they took such great care of her. I am so relieved to come across this place. Sonoma and I thank you so much.

We took our puppy here for her first vaccines and boosters and the staff were incredible! Everyone was so kind and positive and super gentle to make Brie's first experience at the vet really positive for her. Very clean, great staff, and overall a great experience!

Trixie had her dental here and her teeth were an extremely bad shape. She had to have 12 of them removed. She has been doing great other than the pain that obviously 12 extractions would cause the doctors and surgeons did an awesome job and all the gals that and guys that took care of her, she was happy as she could be...she obviously was well taken care of!!

Bay Animal detected heart failure from my kitty's symptoms that my prior vet had missed. Sadly we had to say goodbye earlier as a result, but both doctors at Bay were knowledgeable and compassionate. I take my current kitty there now, and Dr. Hannah is thorough and sensitive to my hyper vigilance, understanding as she helped me say goodbye to Delilah. The front desk team are supportive, polite, and always quick to message the docs with patient concerns. Appointments are available in a timely manner. I would recommend Bay Animal Hospital to friends and family.
