Baxter's Dog House

Baxters dog house was great with our fur babies! One was a little difficult and the groomers were eventually able to finish her grooming at a later date ( obviously comfort for the pup) they took care of this professionally.

A great experience every time for that last couple of years (since we started coming here). The boys actually love going there. And they had having their nails trimmed.

We definitely did not get what we asked for & the burn so close to his privates was from horrible grooming practices! This staff is not the original people we used a few years ago on our other furbaby. They had him for 10 hours & he didn’t even have the cut we requested. If you have a Shihtzu you know a puppy cut by definition includes trimming all the excess hair around the ears!! I left before & after pictures below. To add insult there injury they wanted us to bring him back the next day to “finish” his grooming, no thank you, I already feel enough guilt from the wound he received while in the care of these people! Shame on you, he’s not just a pet, he’s my baby!!

They always send my dog home happy and with a fantastic cut. Also my dog chased a rabbit into the bush and tall grass and emerged covered in hitch hikers and they got him right in

AMAZING! To start, I have a very fluffy and sassy, high maintenance cat. In order to keep her healthy and happy, she needs to be groomed multiple times a year, which is hard when she’s a cat and not many people groom cats. However, Baxter’s Dog House grooms cats, and let me tell you they do AMAZING work. Not only are they super polite and knowledgeable, they also go above and beyond with every single pet that comes through their doors. My Marjoriec left with a new hair cut and a cute little pink bow that she absolutely adores. I couldn’t ask for any better.
