Baxter Springs Animal Hospital

I took my cat Olive to get her yearly shots and to also get her teeth cleaned, they said they had to put her on anesthesia. Well I don't know what the hell they did because my cat STILL isn't over her anesthesia and its been almost 2 days... they messed up my cat! GET THIS: They also charged us $350 to get her teeth cleaned!!! And we didn't agree to it!!!!! Definetely will go to a different vet for now on!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my female Spitz because she couldn't walk all the sudden. The doctor told us she had milk fever because she is feeding pups. They took her right in the next day she was happily running around again.

They would not allow me to be in the same room as my cat when he was euthanized, after I made a promise to that cat that I would accompany him to the end. They did not wait until he was fully anesthetized to take him back to that room. Not leaving this review just because my cat passed. I’m leaving it because of how they handled it. This happened 7 months ago, I made sure not to type out a review with heavy emotions. They notified me of the price for the euthanasia ($130) while I was grieving with my (awake) cat after I had already spent hundreds with them on treatment. I get business is business. But Jeez. Picture of the subject included, his name was Bart and he was a good boy.

Our dog had an emergency and they were able to get us in under 30 minutes! She was comfortable the entire time and they were very knowledgeable on the issues she was having. We will definitely be back.

They always get me in fast for my sweet kitty. That is a really big deal. We had an emergency before finding this office, and I called so many places that just refused to get us in. The Dr is always right on it and gets everything all fixed up. I took in a dog in pretty bad shape that I'd found on the road. Now a few weeks later she looks so much better and is running around feeling good. I can't say enough good things about this office.
