The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND when my dog and I were in need of their help!! They got us in for an emergency visit, and although I lost my best friend, Cooper, they did everything they could to be there for me through a difficult situation. The staff even contacted me a few days later to check in on me and later sent me a sweet card. From the moment I contacted their office and spoke with Kailee to the time I checked in with her at the office, she was so welcoming and made me feel less anxious. I was then brought to the exam room and Charity, LVT, made sure that Cooper was comfortable and continuously checked on him and I throughout the appt. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to take our Chloe to when at 17 yrs old she was at her end. They were so compassionate, empathetic, and just amazing to not only her but to our family. We appreciate them so much during our loss of our sweet girl. Thank you so much.

I absolutely love the staff and atmosphere. They treated us like family our very first visit and has made a point to go over options for our budget. They called me to check on my boy and see how he was doing as well as scheduled a follow up visit. I cannot thank them enough. I will use them for any and all of my animals going forward and will recommend them to friends and family. My kitty was an emergency case she is 17 . She had never been there before.they took her in right away and was concerned about her..they called the next day to see about her.i was impressed with the compassion and respect I got from everyone, including the other people that were there with there babies..I really appreciate everything..keep up the good work
