What a wonderful experience. We adopted 2 kittens and the shelter couldn't have been more helpful. Jacki, their foster mom, is a superstar ✨️ We're so happy with our 2 new house members. They already walk around the house like they own it! 🥰 Please support the shelter if you can. Time donation in the form of volunteering also makes a big difference.

Adopted a kitten recently and an Alaskan White Husky about a year ago. Both wonderful animals!! People at the shelter seem to truly care about the animals and their care is reflected in the animals I have. Thanks for your service!

we adopted a puppy in 2024 named summer, she was hardly 2 months old and they spayed her. 6 days later she died because of complications with her surgery, the emergency vet thought she was fixed WAY too early. it was horrible and traumatic for our family. this year, we tried to adopt again. the dog we adopted was labeled as “mildly arthritic”. that was not the case, it was significantly worse. after the weekend, we had to surrender him because they didn’t think to tell us that he would have a hard and painful time going up and down our apartment stairs. they literally acted like we were the worst people ever when we came to surrender him. we loved him and did not want to, but it was what was best for his health. i tried to look past the ai generated facebook captions and the fact that our

I adopted a very clean, healthy and handsome great pyrenees in December 2023. For the past year, we couldn't believe we found such a wonderful pet from a shelter. He must had been somebody's favorite pet before he strayed, because he is the most friendly dog in my neighborhood. Good manner, easy to house train, play with every dog in the dog park, never bother cats and bunnies, never bark at anybody(he definitely is not a typical LGD...). Everybody loves this awesome puppy!
