Everyone at the office is super nice and cares so much for my pups. Dr. Cordero is so kind and explains things in a way that is easy to follow. In addition to that, she always follows up to be sure things are ok with the pups. Kandie, on her own, is always nervous and dramatic, but they all know how to work with her and calm her. They treat her as the princess she is. They have been spot on with the treatment she has needed. I have 3 Miniature Schnauzers, and they are all part of the Bartonville Vet family.

Took our little French Bulldog Tovi in due to straining her back. They scheduled us in and took very good care of her. Prescribed pain and anti-inflammatory. 3 days later Tovi was back to hoping and playing. THANK YOU

Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. New patient and needed an urgent appointment because of some overnight symptoms in my pup, and they were extremely kind and reassuring. Very thankful to have found this vet!

So far this has been a horrible experience. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. This feels like a money grab and poor care for my pet. My dog has been sick for a while and I have had many tests done at our regular vet in Canada. Seems like they just re-did tests my vet had previously done a month earlier and got the same results my vet got. My dog is still vomiting and having diarrhea after the 3 medications given. The medications seem to be making her diarrhea more violent and now she seems like she is in pain from them. I have now paid more to have her poop test and after just over $1100 the suggestion is to come back in and spend more money with them. Will update this as I go but would recommend choosing somewhere else.

Sarah at the front desk started off our experience, and she was so kind and caring! Once we got there, we dealt with 3 different vet techs as well as doctor Cordero. Each equally kind, each equally attentive. On top of that, they’re reasonably priced. They even called me the next morning to check and make sure my pup was feeling better … I feel it’s hard to find a good vet sometimes, but they’ve got my business!
