I have been using Kristina for a year now at the recommendation of an existing client for my 8 yo standard poodle and she does a great job. She is kind and patient with the animals, even crybabies like Jake, and her prices are very reasonable for a dog of his size. I'm happy and Jake is happy 😊

Aweful haircut. My co worker just had her schnauzer puppy cut by Kristina. I was a groomer for years and I know what a matted dog is. I know what can be brushed out and what’s pelted. My co worker just brought her pup back in and he is shaved. Head to toe. He was NOT matted. I looked through his coat yesterday. Kristina didn’t even call the pet parent to talk through that she thought he needed to be shaved. She 10 bladed the heck out of this dog without permission. I am disgusted at the lack of professionalism and simple laziness because she didn’t want to brush him out. Even more so, she charged $70 for this!!! Unprofessional, lazy, and she should simply just be embarrassed. I will never take my dog to this groomer and I will let everyone I know in the dog world to never take their dog t
