A beautiful sign, nice front window to look inside. Can never shop there because it never seems like it is open. Have tried 2 times to shop there and the lights are always off and they are closed. Downtown was full of dogs yesterday (9/2/25) and the shop was closed. Call before you go…good luck. UPDATE! Stopped by yesterday (Wednesday) at 3:12 pm. New hours are on the window. No one home.

Visited this cute little shop yesterday to look for something that would calm and relax our pup while we traveled. Not only did she help me find the perfect thing for him, but she also gave him a little pup treat. This pet shop is such a cute addition to West Jefferson. This is a super cute little pet shop! You’re allowed to bring your pup inside. They have clothes, toys, treats, and bandanas. I didn’t end up buying anything because our pup is already spoiled rotten with clothes and toys. The ladies behind the counter were super sweet and welcoming too. Anyone in the area with a pup should check it out!

How cute are these!!! All of the men had to match our sweet fur baby. We loved the store, especially the little doggy treat bins! We will be back!

Staff is super friendly and helpful! I was looking for a toy for my dog that destroys every toy I've ever given him. Amber recommended the West Paw Rumpus toy and I am SO IMPRESSED! He hasn't been able to put a dent in it. I also purchase a couple of other toys that were puppy specific for our "new addition" - and there were lots of options to choose from! THANK YOU Barks & Co! 🙂
