Do NOT take your cat there to be shaved and groomed. They kept my cat for 5 hours past my appointment time, called me 15 minutes before they closed to come get him. I got there, groomer told me I could only shave the top of him, I need someone to hold him. I said, I will hold him. The owner Ruth said no my insurance will not allow that. The owner refused to help, she said I dont touch cats. Their only solution was to take him somewhere else or come back a week later when she would have someone to help hold him. She absolutely butchered his mane cut and you can see from the photos what he looked like. Not once did either the groomer or the owner even apologize. The had him for 5 hours, why didn't they just say we can't do it today? And yes, I did go by there after 2 hours and they said ha

Such a nice owner! I called about a service they don’t offer, but she stayed on the line with me and gave me a recommendation for what I was needing & she even looked up the other businesses phone number. So helpful & kind!

We are happy to have our every 4-6week appointments so I don't have to think about it. Always pleased with the grooming and/cut my pup gets each time! A few pics of my Wilbur most day of or shortly after grooming. We cut approximately every couple-few months, but let the hair grown in winter.. Ruth & her team of groomers are so great to work with & my dog sure gives them a hard time occasionally... 😆 She just moved to her new location and is going to be starting boarding & day care & self service stations. She's growing and truly loves what she does and tries her hardest to keep prices as low as possible!

We took our 7 year old King Charles spaniel, Winston, to get groomed yesterday at Barks and Bubbles. They did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier!! At our other groomers normally Winston will come home afterwards all stressed out and mad at either his dad or I & the next couple days he’s just not himself. When I picked him up from Ruth yesterday he was so happy! We got home and he was his normal self and even had a little extra pep in his step, we were so grateful with the great care our baby got and I 100% recommend Barks and Bubbles. We are new regular customers and Winston will be excited to return!!!!❤️

Great to work with! Goes out of her way for you, the customer. And Archie always smells great and has a new bandana every time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
