First visit last week. Very surprised and excited about the prices! Wonderful it is so close! Happy the store is in our area. The staff is exceptional, helpful, and friendly

The staff has been very helpful when I need something and do not know what to get! My dog also loves visiting because everyone is nice to her and she gets lots of love! Nova Jean also loves their food toppers as well as their treats! I was able to also get her ear wipes and disinfectant for when she slides around in the grass and opens a little wound! They were definitely much needed for the lake! Also, I met Barkley while there the other day and he is such a cutie! 🥰

Im not from the area and I called to ask a question about reptiles, the lady I spoke with was very rude and hung up on me. I would take money else strictly based on principle.

Awesome store with amazing associates. They stock the high end foods that I feed my dog and are very knowledgeable about pet nutrition. The washing station is a convenient feature. They keep it clean and we'll stocked with shampoos, and towels. Great addition to the Westlake area.

I’ve been to this store a few times, and I love the variety of top quality products they have. I also took my GSD to their self serve dog wash and it was such a great experience! The staff are always polite and so helpful as well!
