Barking Pines Pet Wash

I only wish our lil small town had 1 of these, so I didn't have to drive 30+ minutes! I'm halfway between this location & the Fayetteville location. Both are exactly the same but this location ROCKS! Great scenic view outside the "box" & no disappointments inside. It was close to freezing out but the interior was cozy as was the water temp after a few seconds of running it. My only complaints are that the "tub" is super low for those of us with small dogs & that the "dryer" blows only cold air...My poor pooch shook like crazy during the drying process...I have to say it was super cold even hitting my hands as I did my best to dry her. These washes are a lot better than washing her at home....

The selection of shampoos is great and the deodorizer was a bonus! However definitely not climate controlled. On the 96 degree day we had today it was cooler outside with a slight breeze blowing than it was inside the pet wash. I hope this is fixed before my next visit.

Love this place. Our pup is huge and hairy. He's a rescue who had a difficult life before we adopted him so we try to avoid stressful situations like dog baths. This place was the perfect solution. Private. Just one dog at a time. I thought 20 minutes wouldn't be enough but it was more than enough. Got even our very hairy guy fresh and clean after he got in something sticky and gross by the roadside.

Treat machine didn't work and took my money. Dryer is cold and no conditioner. I'd recommend bringing a towel ot two cuz vacuum will suction to animal being no grid type attachment just a big sucker lol. My dog didn't care for vacuum or dryer. Worked well otherwise though without feeling rushed by a low timer

What a great idea for a dog wash. We took both our dogs today and with one dog who dislikes bathing having the dog wash to himself was ideal for his tantrums. Our second dog enjoyed her warm bath.
