Barking Dogs Self Wash & Grooming Centennial Hills

Visited for the first time today looking for a treat for my pups for a special occasion and the staff was really nice! They recommended a cupcake and then I also got a cookie. Both were dog approved. A nice, clean store with lots to choose from. We'll definitely be back!

Arrived 2 hours before closing to do a self wash for my dog. Both tubs were taken and the employee said only 2 people ahead of us. Waited out front for nearly an hour with several people coming and going. Got a call at about the 1 hour mark and they said that they couldn't take us because there was still 2 people ahead of us. I understand the no wash an hour before closing, but to not communicate correctly about how long wait times are and how many customers are truly ahead of you is disrespectful of people's time. SW location was better at communication than the NW location.

Very disappointing and misleading service. I brought my Labradoodle in for what was advertised as a wash and brush for $110. Once my dog was already wet and on the grooming table, I was called and told there would be additional charges—claiming the dog needed extended brushing at a per-minute rate. They stated the brushing would take “hours,” which is simply not realistic. At that point, you are put in an unfair position: either accept excessive, unexpected fees or agree to have your dog shaved. When your dog is already wet and mid-service, you don’t really have a choice. This feels like a deliberate tactic to upsell after the fact. Barking Dogs grooming service is awesome. We've been taking our rescued multipoo here for his regular full service grooming for over 4 years now. Teddy's groomer does a fantastic job with his bath and haircut. She is attentive to our requests and is friendly and gentle. Can you guess which is his before grooming photo? We wouldn't take Teddy to anyone else for his haircuts and grooming.

An absolute gem! Besides the location being super cute and clean, the kindness of all the staff plus their amazing dog dryer is what will bring me back. It’s first come first serve and there are two stations one with a tub and another like a shower but there is a raised ledge you can rest your knees on. They even give you a sample of freeze dried beef treats. The water pressure on their hose is very good too. I had to get their coconut based hot oil treatment because I got suckered in but I don’t regret it at all. My girls skin and fur is so shiny and soft. Another things that sets them apart from other locations is they have a headband for the dogs that cover their ears when using the dryer. They really did think of everything.
