BARKING BEAUTY PET GROOMING

My mom has been taking her large dog here for a few years now. Her most recent groom was less than sub par. We asked to have her TRIMMED, bathed, and ears cleaned. Upon pick up, our dog was in the waiting room, STILL WET, and in a crate. They SHAVED her with dull clippers, leaving streaks all over her fur, one ear they didn't even trim, when it was pointed out, they brought scissors to the front door and trimmed the other. Along with walking out STILL WET, she had a massive tick left on her that was easily seen with the blind eye, AFTER being shaved of course. The woman at the front desks excuse, "oh must've been a communication error, we looked back at her chart and saw this is what she got in the past. It'll grow back in two weeks". Very happy with our visit. I was skeptical about getting my goldens hair cut for the first time. He came back even happier than he went in! His hair was looking shaggy and rough. Now he is deshedded and looking great for summer!

My Lady was looking pretty bad . You see after I first got her , Myself and My husband both got sick.. There for she sadly got put on the back burner for a bit. However she has been to the vet and now finally to the groomer. She has not went anywhere really , and Tanya was absolutely wonderful. I cried to see just how beautiful my dog, my Lady really is...

I’ve gone to this location a few times since moving here. I don’t agree with all the great reviews for this place. The work is rushed and sloppy. My last visit, my long-haired dog (with particularly thick hair) was “finished” with his full bath, haircut, and nail trim in about an hour. Hair trim was not even around his body, hair behind harder to get places was untouched, nails could have been dremeled/smoothed over. The worst part is there was apparently a small toddler (maybe 3-4 years old?) being babysat in the OPEN ROOM right next to the front desk and bathing area for the day my dog was scheduled to get a haircut (the overall space of the whole facility is pretty small). This is not only inappropriate, but extremely dangerous for both the child and any dogs that come in for their hai
