I bring my 95-lb bloodhound here for nail trims, and they are truly the best. He’s very skittish with vets and grooming, and they are the only ones he’ll let trim his nails. The staff is incredibly patient, knows him by name, and truly understands what works best for him. We’ve since moved 30 minutes away, and I still make the drive because they are absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

I don't give positive reviews lightly, but I will today. Barkers Pet Salon is the best darn groomer that I've ever been to, and I have been to quite a few over the years. I used to go there with my best friend Deucey, who has since crossed the Rainbow Bridge, and now Maxine. I discovered them by accident, and it was because I drove by their shop, and saw a sign saying that they did nail cutting which I hate to do. The price was right, they were close to me in Plymouth, so I stopped in. I couldn't have been more impressed with not only the service, but also the owner Stacy! Stacy is the best, and she hires only the best! Since then, I have moved away from Barkers, but I still go back! It takes me longer to get there, but I don't care, I still go back. Bark'ers Pet Salon is truly magnificent. I just adopted a dog who is 12+ years old with the last 7 being stuck in a shelter. All those years made him jaded/leery towards people and other dogs. He tried biting me the first time I met him. However, he was in dire need of a bath and nail trimming. I was rather anxious of leaving him by himself, not knowing how he would react. I even brought a muzzle thinking it might be needed. However, his experience was that of a spa day; - Luxurious bath - Nails trimmed - Loved by 5 girls (lots of pets, kisses, and massages) - Followed by nap time I was gone for 5 hours and my fears went from being that of him possibly biting someone to him possibly not wanting to come back home to me. Bravo to the Barker'ers Team!

The ladies are friendly, always a smile. Kat takes her time and is very patient while my puppy learns to be groomed. Definitely recommend if you need a groomer for your pet

Unbelievable service and professionalism! We had last minute emergency with our pup sprayed with skunk and they took care of him exceptionally. We felt like and were treated like family.
