Barkefellers - Columbus

BooBoo loves it here and already has made multiple friends among staffs and dogs and puppies. I want to specially thank Megan and Holly for helping me get through this. As a first time dog owner the first few days of leaving your puppy in a puppy daycare is super emotional but everyone was super nice to me. They have a special for first month of puppy daycare only at $99. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love Barkefellers! Our dog always has the best time here, especially during his play dates. We’ve also had him groomed, bathed, and had his nails clipped multiple times—he always comes back looking great and, more importantly, he’s happy and comfortable. One of our favorite features is the camera access when we board him; it’s very reassuring to be able to check in and see how he’s doing. The staff is exceptional and you can tell they truly spend quality time interacting with all the animals. Highly recommend. Sonic sends his Love!!💕

Great place for boarding with affordable rates. Kennel cough vaccine required to be done within last 6 months as of time of review.

Just called to try to schedule a nail trim for my dog. I don’t have a lot of time today and I assumed they would probably not have time to get her in but I thought I’d check anyways. The girl I talked to said they would need to make an account for my dog since we’ve never been there before and needed vax records sent over. I said I didn’t have time for all of that today and was about to say I’d like to schedule for a future date but the girl hung up on me! What in the world! I don’t understand why they’d be so rude! Most businesses would ask if I’d like to schedule for a different day, but she didn’t. This place will definitely not be getting my business. I’ll find somewhere else to go.

This was the first time we used this location for an overnight stay. It's convenient as far as drop off. I couldn't get the suite camera to work to check on my dog or I would have given them 5 stars. I called and asked a question about it. The reply didn't help my situation. It was just an overnight stay so I didn't call back. We usually stay at Greenwood location with zero problems. I will try Columbus again.
