Christina always does a great job with our dogs, and the entire Barkberry staff is friendly and welcoming. In particular, Allen and Ryan make it easy to schedule appointments, and are always friendly and helpful at check in and check out. Allen actually remembers our dogs’ names, and they remember and like him, which makes drop-off easy. And if Allen doesn’t actually remember names, he knows the daily schedule so well that it’s a very convincing performance. Regardless of how he does it, it is exceptional customer service. Like most other goods and services, Barkberry’s grooming prices have gone up substantially over the last few years. Everyone that works there has been so awesome with our two dogs. Our silver lab will be very voice full when with anxiety meds. The flat hair german retriever will talk to you if she sees you walking be with her sister and you didn't take her.. The customer service is excellent!!

Avery at The Barkberry did an amazing job grooming my miniature goldendoodle, Aladdin! 🐾 She was quick, efficient, and still took the time to make sure every detail looked perfect. Aladdin came out looking adorable, smelling fresh, and clearly comfortable after his groom. I really appreciate how fast the process was without compromising quality—he looks the best he ever has! Highly recommend Avery if you want your pup to look and feel great.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Christina at BarkBerry. My dog, Ella, has a lot of anxiety and grooming has always been extremely stressful for her—so much so that I’ve had to pick her up early in the past. Christina took the time to truly care for Ella, listened to all of my requests, and made her feel safe and comfortable. When I picked her up, Ella was happy, relaxed, and tail-wagging, which has never happened before. I’m so grateful to have finally found a groomer who prioritizes the dog, not just the haircut. Highly recommend!
