Bark Side Pet Grooming

I had a very disappointing experience here. I dropped my dog off at 1 PM and when I came back at 5 PM, he hadn’t even been groomed yet. Because I had an event to attend, I decided to take him home, but the groomer quickly put him on the table and told me to come back in 45 minutes. They called 43 minutes later, and when I picked him up, his haircut looked rushed and uneven. Once home, I noticed several mistakes, red spots around his lower legs, and he was clearly uncomfortable and acting differently than usual. I reached out to the groomer and only heard back two days later. They offered to fix his hair, but I didn’t want to put him through the same ordeal again. I mentioned I might consider giving them another chance if they waived the fee in the future, but I never heard back. To make

Brittney is the ultimate groomer...we've trusted our fur babies to her for over 10 years. We tried so many groomers, even some in vet offices. All of them left our babies with hot spots and a couple with injuries...they were terrified of groomers. They absolutely adore Brittney...they run in happy and not trembling. And they've never had a single mark on them. Would never go anywhere else 🐶 💙 🐶 She's equally amazing with cats...we've taken two 😻 😻

2 days before a big holiday, and they were able to squeeze me in the same day; they would even stay late if they needed to. Now that is service you don't see anymore! On top of that, they did an amazing job on my Aussie. I highly recommend them.

Took my long haired Jack Russell puppy today for a full grooming appointment. The staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the services and pricing. Scheduling was easy, and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get in the same week I called. My dog seemed happy as well.

I highly recommend this grooming salon. My dog Hank just had a visit, my neighbor commented on how nice his nails were done, besides his shiny coat. Everything from the shampoo, too the bathers & groomers, Hank gives a 10🐾
