Exceptional boarding experience for a traveller from Colorado. My pomeranian was well cared for and happy when I picked him up daily for walks. Definitely recommend.

Bark n' Purr were so great and gentle with my nervous girl Cali. She had never been boarded before, and they did an amazing job with her! (She is a rescue who had a rough start in her life, so she isn't easily trusting of new people) The staff at Bark n' Purr were warm and understanding with both me and my dog. I even did a check-in call and they were happy to give me an update on how she was doing. The pricing was also very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend boarding your pup here if you're in the Sedona area!

We dropped our large dog off for a few hours while we went on a Pink Jeep tour and had lunch. The staff were welcoming, our dog seemed happy at pick up, and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

So I’m updating my original review, because after years of working with Bark & Purr, it deserves to be said clearly. Let me save you some time: I don’t let just anyone touch my dogs. Not groom them, not board them, not “watch them real quick,” not anything. My dogs are my life. Full stop. I’ve loved a whole crew of poodles through years, aging, goodbyes, grief, and then welcoming new little souls in. Friendly and loved our pup for the afternoon. We used the doggie daycare service. We showed up without an appointment to ask about availability, they took us on a quick tour and we felt comfortable with leaving our very nervous doberman for the afternoon so we could see some sights that were not dog friendly. Our dobi is a nervous older dog that usually comes back from a doggie daycare stressed and sometimes with tummy troubles. None of that here. We liked that the dogs don't interact with each other and instead they get some one on one attention. We will use this service again when we visit!
