I used the self serve pup wash and I loved the experience. I enjoyed being able to bathe my pup myself. He’s very anxious but this way he seemed more relaxed. The front desk lady was also super nice.

Reviews may be more common these days than they were a decade ago, but that’s no excuse—Dunia has been such a consistent, important part of Bella’s life, and she absolutely deserves the recognition. Dunia is amazing at what she does. She always gets Bella’s groom just right, and Bella is always happy and relaxed when I pick her up—which wasn’t the case before we found Dunia. In fact, even when I lived in North Carolina, I would plan Bella’s grooms around trips back to Virginia because no one else came close. I’ve been bringing my dog here for years and have never had a bad experience. Price is extremely reasonable. He always leaves happy. My dog has a lot of anxieties so when he sees his groomer, he’s not too worried about leaving because he knows he’s gonna come back looking more handsome than ever.
