First time there for my tiny Yorkie. I’m always nervous to leave her at the groomer’s. Kindell took very good care of my baby and did exactly what I requested. Next time I will not be nervous. Thank you Kindell :)
Our dog came home traumatized and bleeding from being dry clipped and both ears cut. 7 month old poodle very quiet and obviously traumatized. Will no longer be using bark and slice.

Yes all the way. My dog is a nightmare at the groomer typically and he was totally comfortable here. They got me in same-day for a nail trimming and I was able to stay with him the whole time. Highly recommend!
The team here is EXCELLENT. They were so easy to work with. They listened to what my both my dogs needs were and they followed through. They are friendly, great communicators and excellent dog people. I normally don’t make grooming a priority for my farm dog but after the service we received, I am looking forward to this becoming a regular occurrence. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness.
