Staff is super helpful and friendly. Used self-wash station for the 1st time, I'll definitely be back. They provide a towel, brush and shampoo; I took my own which is acceptable. Our Border Collie did ok, she's a skittish dog, but I won the battle with drying her. Highly recommend.

My dog is high anxiety and afraid of everything, but the guy that works here was very patient and kind. He even helped me get him into the tub. A good experience (though my high stress dog may beg to differ) and cool place! Definitely recommend!

We tried the self wash for the first time today (Saturday) at 5:30 pm. We were the only ones in the store which could be due to the weather. They were very friendly and supplied everything we would need: towel, brush, shampoo and dryer all in a station. We took our own towels since he has a long coat. The water temperature is adjustable so my puppy (they’re all puppies) was able to bathe comfortably even though he hates baths. He was 35 pounds and we opted for the specialty products- deshedder shampoo and conditioner. This totaled a little under $30. They also included a base shampoo to start. They all smelled amazing. This is a great place to get your dogs groomed or even bath them yourself in their doggy wash n go. The owners and staff are great, super friendly and really knowledgeable. I've been bringing my grumpy old man Lorax here for grooming, Amber is great and really patient. SUPPORT LOCAL.

I had such a great experience here! Jesus helped us out and he was amazing, super patient and kind. My dog can be a little crazy bur they made us feel so comfortable and never once made us feel bad about it. You can really tell they care about both the pets and the owners. The service was great from start to finish. Definitely recommend and will be coming back! 🐾
