We had an emergency yesterday with my pet Sophie, and Bark Avenue Veterinary Services truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, Sophie was met by an incredible, compassionate team that genuinely showed up for her. Dr. Crimson Primicias was amazing, and Sophie was lovingly taken care of by Tee. I was so impressed by how attentive and kind everyone was — they never rushed me, took the time to explain everything, and reassured me that Sophie was going to receive the best possible care. During her hospitalization, I even received pictures of Sophie, which helped calm my nerves so much. That level of thoughtfulness meant everything to me. I brought my mom's cat in because he was limping. The online scheduling for an urgent care visit was super easy and the late evening hours were convenient. The staff is amazing. From the minute we walked in the door, they were so welcoming and wonderful with our little guy and explained everything they were going to do to help him. The exam rooms are set up to be comfortable for the animals and humans. Climbing shelves on the walls and comfy chairs for the humans. Wonderful experience.

the whole bark avenue team from dr. primicias to jess, maya, tee and issi took wonderful care of our sweet maple during her spay. top notch service, clean, state of the art facilities and caring updates all day long. maple loved all the personalized attention:)
