Bark Avenue Rocklin

I showed up to get my dogs nails Grind. Notice the note on the door said that it was for appointment only because they were remodeling the store. The owner came out and said I could go in and talk to the girl in the back. She was working on another dog, but said she would grind my dogs nails in a few minutes. She did a wonderful job. She was very polite, knowledgeable with her job and very Gentle with my Dog, who hates getting her nails done.

Courtney was INCREDIBLE!!!! I have a Golden Retriever and she was a lot of work to clean up! She looks absolutely beautiful! The best grooming my pup has ever had. Plus her personality is "golden"!! She will be my go to girl from now on!!!

Can't say enough about the dog wash! Unlimited wash and dry time compared to PetFoodExpress. Different shampoos were great! Plenty of towels. Citrus tear less degreasing Shampoo made my GSD coat so shiny!

Bark Avenue in Rocklin has drastically declined in their services regarding quality and staffing. I’ve been going to Bark Avenue at the Rocklin Location for three years, seven years in total as a customer with dogs that I’ve taken care of and for my own as well. First, my dog is an Australian Cattle Dog that I rescued fours years ago. He is very reactive around other dogs and even more so when individuals are around me but a loving dog once he’s familiar with you. Due to his behavior, I am always respectful of boundaries and warn all that come into contact with him regarding his triggers so that his cattle instincts do not hinder anyone physically/mentally. Very friendly staff, I love the dogwash stations. It's convenient since my dog has allergies and I can bring my own shampoo and conditioner. I also get all her treats there.
