Absolutely so disappointed in Bark Avenue Grooming in Zebulon. I’ve had an appointment for weeks to get our cat groomed. Mainly because she is long hair and starting to get matted in certain spots and it’s obviously getting worse and bigger with time. I let this be known while booking the appointment. They waited until the day before and day of to reach out and say they couldn’t dematt the sides. They could only shave her. I let them know it’s her first time so if shaving is easier for them then I’m fine with whatever works best for them. All to get a call back the day of our appointment that we waited weeks for and say they don’t do first time grooms on cats. This was never asked or relayed to me during any of the conversations I’ve had with them. Now, here I am waiting weeks for a groomi

When you find that one person whom you can trust with your finicky fur baby, you follow her wherever she goes. Ashley was the only groomer to ever earn my diva dog’s trust. Nacho is 9.2 pounds of Napoleon complex and is very picky with who he allows in his orbit…he gets muzzled at the vet sometimes… he has NEVER needed that with Ashley. So, when Ashley struck out on her own and established Bark Avenue, we followed with all three of our dogs. We travel all the way from Newnan to Zebulon because she is that good. She listens to what you want done. Her prices are fair. Her attention to detail is unmatched. The dogs trust her implicitly. They know they’re safe on her table.
