WORST OF THE WORST GROOMERS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! MONICA (THE OWNER) IS SO SHADY! I called in to inquire about my dog cut for a 25-pound poodle mix. She said it was "55 to 65 dollars... I think." YOU should know your price! Once I walked in, immediately she said 65 to 75.. I then replied by saying I just called in and asked the price and was told by you it was 55 to 65. Her only reply was, "I have to see the dog." Fine. I left my dog for 4 hours, and then she finally called for pick up. I was in HORROR! SHE LOOKED TERRIBLE! I HAVE NEVER SEEM SUCH AN UGLY CUT IN MY LIFE! Everything was choppy with different lengths. She didn't clean cut my dogs face as requested, her ears were not trimmed, her tail was not trimmed, and she has BALD SPOTS! My other dog, who is also a poodle, gets way more kn

great service, personally just didn’t like the way my dogs hair cut came out but i hate change so that’s on me. the trim was exact on length of what i asked for. very sweet and patient.

Have been taking my maltipoo Coqueta to Monica for a few years and she has done a wonderful job. I am excited she is at this new location. Gracias Monica por un buen trabajo 👍.

Years ago when Linda was running the shop, it was great—reasonable price, caring, alert to problems she noticed with my dogs. The new owners were LESS than acceptable! My fluffy long haired border collie-ish dog was to go for a bath and just a light trim to make her a little neater. I had brushed out most knots, so she should not need drastic cutting. They apparently DO NOT know how to cut some dogs correctly. There was uneven cutting in different areas-not symmetrical, and her beautiful fluffy tail is a DISASTER! It is practically bald along some of it and at the end, and a few long feathers(as it should be) in some parts, but it looks AWFUL. I have never had such a bad cut that I did not even ask for. I would never recommend them now and will never go back.

Bad place, ripped off my dogs fur, almost a year later it’s not growing back. I didn’t even ask for them to remove her undercoat, the dog had a lot of redness on her when I got her back - don’t take your pets here.
