Absolutely outstanding job!!!!!! Officially has my business. My pup looks handsome again!!! I had so many issues with other previous groomers in Billings, Mt especially a high price for a horrible hair cut job on my pup, he made my experience sooo much better.

I have never been as dissatisfied with a service as I was today. I have never had an experience like this when taking my cat to get her nails trimmed, as I have done many times in the past at several different places without issue. The woman asked me to hold my cat in my arms, she flinched every time the cat moved which made it take longer and made my cat more upset. After she twisted my cat's paw causing her to meow in pain and scratch me I put my cat back in the carrier and left. I have never refused to pay for a service, but she was not able to finish trimming her nails, and I didn't want to get scratched any more. I have seen professional groomers trim my cat's nails before (and never been asked to hold the cat myself) without any problems. This woman certainly has no idea what s
