Bark and Board

I’m really hurt by the experience, my dog’s groom is really bad. Very friendly staff but this isn’t what I expected, nor does it leave my pup looking groomed. This full groom left my pup looking very mangy, and he didn’t go in looking anything like that. The photos are the same day as his grooming appointment. I’m sad to blast my bad experience like this but I do wish I had seen warning photos before bringing my pup here. I wouldn’t knock trying their daycare or boarding though because the facility was inviting and the people were too.

I was excited about my dog going to this place for day care. I sent in the documents showing my dog's vaccinations only to have an email stating that they dont have expiration dates. The expiration dates were already on each document. I circled the dates and sent a detailed email on where to find the dates on each document. Shortly after an employee contacts me stating that "I KEEP" sending the same documents with no expiration dates. I found this interesting because I clearly just sent an email highlighting the dates and where to find them. Clearly she didn't take the time to look at the email nor look at highlighted info. I told her again where to find this information and that it wouldn't make sense for a vet not to include this vital information on a vaccination documents. For

My baby’s original groomer was completely booked, so i decided to give bark and board a try. I asked to cut the body low, and leave the legs, ears, and afro. It’s her signature spring/summer cut. Needless to say, they missed the mark with this one. Everyone was nice otherwise, but i will stick with what i know. 😖😫

I moved to Atlanta, Georgia in August 2024 and I generally hire Rover sitters because I like my dog to have the family environment. I went through five Rover sitters out here in Atlanta and I found they were pretty flaky and unreliable. I found that they hardly let my dog out if they live in an apartment my dog would come home, shaking and anxious because she was holding her poo. I found that a lot of of them didn’t want to watch the dogs even though my dog is super low maintenance and very good.
