From the start, they’ve been attentive, thoughtful, and thorough—never rushed, always listening closely to our concerns. They’ve helped us begin diagnosing and treating our German Shepherd’s seizures, and even though we’re still in the middle of care, we feel confident we’re in the right hands. Excellent experience from the moment we walked in! Two ladies greeted us & made us feel welcome. The vet tech, Jessica, took a great history & listened well. Dr. Soto was warm, engaged, relaxed, & incredibly helpful! She answered alllll my questiona, brainstormed ideas, & had a kind, no-pressure approach. A massive difference from another vet experience nearby. Even when our dog embarrassed himself by peeing on the knee-wall to mark it, they happily mopped up his mess. Absolutely grateful we are connected to this clinic. 😊

If this makes you uncomfortable just inform the staff when you arrive and they van deactivate it or assign you a room without it. Also, they take Thrive Plus plans to help with your pet expenses.

Absolutely the best in Greenwood. They truly listen, take detailed notes, and make sure they’ve captured everything you share. Their follow‑up shows how committed they are to addressing every concern. The care Shadow received was exceptional — gentle, attentive, and clearly focused on his needs as a senior dog. Their service is top‑notch, and their fees are very reasonable. I’m grateful to have found a team that treats both pets and their people with such respect.

My dog is very nervous at the vet and had to be fully sedated for his annual exam. I am so grateful for Dr. Crowther and Cheyenne's patience and kindness throughout the process for both me and my dog. I've had bad experiences with other vets who handled my dog very callously.
