Barely Used Pets

Barely Used Pets does a great job caring for their animals. We found our new family member Abe there. He had been very well kept. The took care of all the basics for a very affordable price. Why aren't there six stars available?

Was a great experience , everyone is so kind it’s pretty clean and a lot of space we got our kitty bubba there ! We love our new addition def if you are looking for pet you must come in !

I had a puppy i rescued and kept for a little while. Just long enough to love her. But. I decided she needed a child to play with and love, as I'm in my late 60's. Barely Used Pets got her adopted within 2 days to a younger family with two children. I was so glad for her. I still think of her and miss her, but l did what was best for HER.

I had the most ridiculous experience at Barely Used Pets today. I had a friend who brought a rescue pup in, which I immediately decided to adopt. She sent a personal message to the owner of Barely Used to let them know that I would be coming by for the pup, and in addition I left 2 voicemails the night before and day of coming in to get him. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone on the phone the morning I was coming in, until finally someone answered and told me the dog was about to be adopted but that they would go speak to the family, as they had specifically told my friend that I would have first dibs on the dog. When I arrived, I was greeted with a condensing attitude and was aggressively told that the dog had been adopted and that I was “ridiculous” for not calling “their personal phone num

I recently adopted a puppy through BUP, She was 10 weeks old, I was told her was treated for fleas and dewormed, this was not the case. Within four hours of adopting her, I had to take her to the vet because her belly became very hard and bloated. I also discovered fleas and pulled more than 10 off of her. Again, after being told she has been treated. After taking her to vet, I ended back at the very because she was having bloody stool and going constantly. She was then diagnosed with two different types of worms, and one of the types of worms she had is contagious to my other dogs and me and my family. I have paid over $200 in vet bills on top of the adoption fee. I absolutely love my pup and will do whatever it takes to care for her, however I am very unsatisfied with BUP and do not rec
