To whoever was driving west on B Street in Livingston around 4 PM. What look like two ladies in a grayish color Van. They pulled out of the parking lot by Domino's with traffic behind them, and before they even reach the intersection or crosswalk at the light which was Green the whole time, they just stopped in the middle of the road for no reason. Nothing was in front of them, and with traffic behind them, including I and traffic behind me, almost causing me to rear end them. To me it look like they're trying to do an insurance scam, but luckily I was paying attention and was able to maneuver around them carefully. We were impressed with the way she handled our two dogs and a cat. Very caring and they went for walks everyday. She doesn’t just ignore them all day, she keeps them motivated. We will definitely use her whenever we need to go away.
