Price for our visit we will no longer come unbelievable what has happen with your business . my wife called and asked about spade a barn cat and was qoated 300.00 pus wow al van dose it for 25. My neighbor who I recommend to you and has spent a lot with you was turned away because he came all the way from Chicago and was 15 minutes late really so go luck it's been a nice and thousands of dollars later no more from us or our friends.😞

The caring and compassionate staff, from the receptionist (kindness with directions) to Benita with pre-op readiness and in-take, and Thalia and Devon with surgical support and post-op care, they all made us feel completely supported. This has been a trying week. My old dog had a stroke and had to be euthanized. She was 14 years. I'm sad and angry at the same time. Why angry? Her treatment at her most vulnerable time in her life. I'll explain. Upon her having her stroke, I contacted the 2 local veterinarian offices in the area, Phoenix Road Animal Hospital and Bangor Veterinary Clinic to have her euthanized. She has been a patient at both since she was a puppy, so they knew her. They both told me they couldn't get her in any time soon and that all of their so called "emergency" appointments were full and I'd have to make a regular appointment. 3 days. We took our dog here for a 2nd opinion, who had been experiencing severe skin issues. Needless to say, this will be our vet going forward. The staff not only explained every detail in our visit and what our plan would be going forward for her healing, but they showed compassion to our dog the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was amazing, especially Caitlyn(I'm not sure how to spell that). She was so kind the entire visit and as our bill was reaching an uncomfortable amount for us after tests and meds, she then pulled up her iPad and started looking at if any meds were cheaper online to help save us save a few bucks....and she sure did. She even called to confirm she approved the rx order I submitted online for my dogs medicated shampoo I had ordered. Today is the 2nd day for our dog

They were amazing when my daughters dog was passing away and had to be put down. Very supportive and completely understanding! My daughter had her dog since she was 2 and at 14 it was very hard for her to let go of her best friend! This vet was the best vet we have ever been to!
