The staff are helpful and considerate. I can't really speak too positively about the care. Your bill is a running meter when you're there as they will add all sorts of things your pet may not even need and you won't know unless you have them do an itemized run down of what they are planning to charge you. They had charged me for nail trimmings that never happened on two separate visits. You're better off going to a Pet Specialty Hospital(Quakertown was great) or private vet location, unless you can't wait, then take them to Valley Central Vet in Whitehall

Very disappointed with my interaction with Dr. Megha Verma. She spoke to me in an unprofessional and dismissive way while discussing my pet’s care. Paying $63 per month for the Optimum Wellness Plan and being treated this way is unacceptable, and I will be canceling my membership.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. Absolutely awful. Our dog has had numerous terrible experiences here and the reason we keep returning is because of this so-called “plan” That will help you save money, but you still end up having to pay money every single visit. And when she just got her spay done there was multiple complications THAT THEY COULDN’T HANDLE , and we were then told to take her to ER to be monitored overnight for mass amount of blood loss again ON THEIR END because again “ they couldn’t handle” getting it back to normal, how do you even do a procedure if you can’t possibly fix the worst outcome. And we had to pay all ER costs ( over 2k ) so they basically said you guys go figure it out. This place is only good for ear infections and shots.

They address me and my pup by name , very friendly staff and clean waiting areas. We have the banfield plan so the check out is fairly quick too. Highly recommend

Call three times each time who was never able to speak to anyone even after waiting 20 minutes. Terrible customer service. I’m haven’t even been able to bring my pet there not something I’ll be doing anyway.
