Banfield Pet Hospital

The first picture attached describes my facial expression when the vet at this location asked me if this was even my cat!! I have a liter of 4 sphynx kittens, 3 of which have been seen at Stamford Banfield location (amazing customer service there btw) but unfortunately due to their lack of availability in appointments this past week I needed to schedule for a follow up booster for our kitten tiny since I was also signing him up for a wellness plan. Well upon the vet looking at my cat, she said “is this even your cat??” Almost as if I had just brought her a stolen cat or something. Completely disregarding the fact that I had just previously told her I have the entire liter including the mother and father. Very strange experience to say the least, but I will never return back to this locatio

Benji truly couldn’t have better care than he receives from Dr. Cruse and her staff. Dr. Cruse has amazing bedside manner and genuinely cares about her patients. You can tell she goes above and beyond to make both pets and owners feel comfortable and supported. I’m so grateful to have such a compassionate, knowledgeable veterinarian caring for my dog. Highly recommend! 🐾

Banfield was amazing to my 9 year old dog. My dog had bladder stones and needed surgery. The staff was very friendly professional and knowledgeable. They took very good care of my dog before during and after the surgery. I will definitely be back for any other issues. Their pricing for also very reasonable compared to other vets.

I love bringing my cat Willow to this location. Dr. Dunbar is such a great doctor - explains everything in detail, takes all my concerns very seriously and always follows up as soon as any results come in. The staff is also great - they always find time for Willow to come in even in an emergency, they’re so sweet to Willow when she comes in even when she’s being spicy! I highly recommend this Banfield location, I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Even the PetSmart employees are really attentive.

Love the Banfield team!! Dr. Dunbar is an excellent dogtor, explains everything thoroughly, answers all questions and always makes herself available. All the staff members are always kind, courteous and helpful. They are always super busy but continue to provide excellent customer service and a great environment. I would recommend this location. Happy pup for reference :)
