First time appointment after booking online 3 weeks in advance for the puppy package offered. Arrived early for our scheduled in room visit for our 9 week old miniature yorkie. Noone was at front counter waited 10 mins for assistance. Was taken in room and left sitting 15 mins for front counter assistant to come in and tell me I need to fill out paperwork for a DROP OFF appt. No ma'am thats not what we scheduled for. She stated that the doctor left for lunch. I asked why would the doctor leave knowing there was scheduled appointments? She said she didnt know she would get technician. Who comes in 10 mins later to say they had emergencies and they were running behind. I said it isnt my fault and they could have called and asked me to come later vs trying to have me drop off my dog or wait a

I love these guys! My cat? Maybe slightly less so, but that’s because he has to grudgingly admit that going to the vet does actually make him feel better. The doctors are personable, knowledgeable and friendly, the vet techs are great and patient, and really work to make sure both humans and pets are comfortable. We’ve been able to get appointments quickly as needed. They also are very transparent with pricing and working with you to make sure you get exactly what your pet needs but not more.

I took my cat here for several years. The communication was always very unclear and they didn’t seem very equipped to treat cats. For example, a tech told me that my cat was difficult and she might need anesthesia for expressing anal glands in the future. When my cat was sick, a vet made vaguely threatening comments about her wellbeing if we didn’t get further treatment while also telling us that it was impossible to know what was wrong or if the treatment would work. We recently switched to a new vet and the difference is jarring. The techs have said every time we’ve come in that my cat (the same one) handles procedures like anal glad expression very well (while fully awake). Our new vet also told me that my cat had a very serious result from bloodwork taken at Banfield, but our vet at B

Dr. Seawright and the team at Banfield are truly amazing! I had been stressing about trying to find a vet in Waco that had time to get us in last minute so we could get health certificates done for an international move, and everyone here was so helpful with answering questions and making sure things were done in time. Honestly, absolute life savers❤️. We made the trip safely, and couldn’t have done it without your help so thank you all for everything!😊
