Banfield Pet Hospital

We absolutely adore the staff at this location. The front desk lady is always so sweet and the vets are very knowledgeable and compassionate. We unfortunately had to put our sweet Hope down a few days before Christmas. They all held a moment of silence and comforted us during the entire process. I was devastated to say the least, but Dr Michel and the techs made everything a bit better.

My mother used Banfield for 6 years for her dog Chase until she passed away last month. She always spoke of the good care Chase received and how compassionate all the staff were. When we had to rehome Chase, we were quickly given a copy of all his records and vaccinations. Thank you for all of the condolences and going above and beyond for Chase and my family.

The doctors are great and the technicians are good, but the receptionist is terrible — she has a rude tone, doesn’t listen, and constantly talks over you. She also frequently schedules appointments incorrectly, causing unnecessary loss of time. I’ve started going to other branches just to avoid her poor service.

I’m very disappointed with the service at this Banfield location. Both my mom’s dog and my own are showing signs of a potentially serious and contagious skin infection, and yet we were denied care today. I tried to book an appointment for my mom’s dog after seeing same-day availability in the app. Since she doesn’t have access to the app, I called on her behalf to book the same type of appointment, but was told those open slots were reserved only for “healthy dogs” and that they don’t want veterinarians staying past their shifts. Oddly enough, I was able to book an appointment for my own dog through the app—not as a routine “wellness” visit, but specifically for a coat/skin illness, which is clearly not a “healthy dog” appointment.
