Dr. Milo is the best and most thorough vet I have ever taken my cat Coda to. Coda is a senior cat and Dr. Milo takes such good care of her and looks into every concern I have. Dr. Milo doesn’t write off any symptom I mention and looks into everything. I’m so appreciative to have a vet that cares as much as I do about my cat because she is as close to a child that I’ve got. As my cat gets older, I want to make sure I can catch anything before it becomes a big issue and Dr. Milo does every test included in my insurance and is very forthcoming about pricing/any out of pocket costs. Super grateful to have a vet that cares so much!

Dr. Milo in Thornton is great. The Lakewood location is great too. However, it is somewhat regrettable that the Stapleton Banfield, which is closest to my house, has had a problem with near constant turnover at the vet position going back a few years. I was turned away from a scheduled appointment about a month ago b/c no vet showed up to work at Stapleton Banfield that day and the location did not open at all.

Worst experience EVER. Find a real good vet who actually cares! Do your research first! Horrible customer service. Its as if their front desk person enjoys making people upset and making peoples life more difficult when trying to cancel. Their billing department/system is inaccurate. They refused my wife service for our dog because they claimed we had missed the last 4 payments for the wellness plan even while literally showing them our bank account statements with the processed payments. Over the last year they confused our dog with a different breed, almost gave him the wrong meds if it weren't for us catching it, our puppy almost died during a botched neutering, after that they gave my wife no explanation or directions on what to do next. It was like they just wanted to rush her

Amazing Vet and nurses. Very kind, clear and considerate. They explain throughly all the options and allow you to decide what’s best for your pet. These folks genuinely care about the animals they’re treating and it shows! The price was also super affordable, the shot my dog needs to take monthly was quoted at 300$ at another vet, while it was only 99$ here. Would recommend Banfield to anyone!!

We brought our new kitten, Rosa, to establish care and have her spayed. The whole staff was fantastic. Dr. Seal and her team took great care and talked me through everything we needed to do to keep this kitten healthy and ready for adventure! We have been seeing Dr. Seal for a while now and appreciate her pragmatic, caring approach.
