Banfield Pet Hospital

Honestly the worst experience ever, Took our pet in at 11:00. They only took his vitals, we decided to take him at 4:00pm. Said he would be look at in a hour, that was at 3:00, nothing been done Completely the shittiest “pet hospital” we been too. More of a joke in my opinion. Update: they only did their job after we said we will take him so make sure to ask so actually make them do their job

This place is great. It's easy to make an appointment online or over the phone, They keep you informed with a reminder email. They're usually on time and they take great care of our dog and cat. They have the best doctors and the best staff. They communicated with us on exactly how to do the at home treatment for a chronic condition. If you want the best care for your pet, we highly recommend this Banfield in Temecula. Be sure to check the address, as there are two Banfields in the area.

we are on our third dog using Banfield. We have been very happy with the staff. The only thing I’m not happy with the the cost of prescriptions when needed.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Reason for visit, my dog had fleas. They gave us an appointment day of. Dr. Padilla was cheerful and gave helpful information. Dr. Kristi, I think she was also a doctor, was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful service.

update 3-star: There were only two doctors I liked at this Banfield. one I actually haven't seen since my first time and the other is amazing, but apparently retiring next week... When I don't see these doctors, I get awful information about my pets or none at all. No vet says anything to me about what they found unless I ask specific questions, except for the 2 I liked. I was also told that my dog was ready to be neutered. Had the appointment scheduled planned my entire week around it ... and then the night before at seven pm was told that the doctor was uncomfortable because his testicle hadn't dropped (they used different words and made it sound like a medical condition) ... another doctor would be comfortable with it... after research, I found out what they actually meant.
