Banfield Pet Hospital

Our dog Cleetis has been going to this practice in Springfield sine he was four months old and he is now 11. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff from check in, vet tech and vet they are the best. I have a sensitive dog that does not like to be away from myself and my husband and they accommodate his needs and on the rare occasion he has to be away from us we know he is with the best of the best and being so loved. Highly recommend!!!

Great staff! We had to send our cat of 10 years across the Rainbow Bridge today. The staff saw us very quickly on a busy Saturday. Dr Knapp, Matt and the whole team treated us with great compassion and tenderness. The incredible receptionist kept our puppy, Tucker while Lisa and I stayed with Smokey throughout her transition. Thanks to the whole Springfield Banfield team for helping us through a very difficult time.

I had an amazing experience at this Banfield location! The front desk was very welcoming and made check in a breeze. Lovely was charismatic, knowledgeable and overall amazing with assisting me with my cat Coal. Thank you so much! Also, Dr. Shamphale was very informative and helpful. I had a great experience here! Dr. Kayli Knapp was very thorough and kind. I left a previous visit with another veterinarian feeling confused and overwhelmed by a potential new diagnosis for my cat. When touching base with Dr. Knapp and reviewing the previous findings, she recommended a few other tests to help determine the root cause. The care was entirely pet-focused, but also cost-conscious and kept affordability in mind! I highly recommend this Banfield location and Dr. Knapp - plus you can stop at the Dunkin next door while waiting for your furry ready to be ready for pick-up!

Dr Shamphale and Autumn were great with my old dog, Cooper. They took time to listen to my concerns and get a good understanding of the problem he was having. It was nice to get a call the next day to make sure everything was improving. It was also nice to be able to schedule a Sunday appointment without having to pay an emergency fee. It was all appreciated very much.
