Banfield Pet Hospital

Great concept horrible execution. We pay monthly over a hundred dollars for services we usually don’t use much of unless needed. That’s not my problem though. You Can barely get your dog in on emergency situations but instead you are told to take your dog to pet emergency where it costs even more. Yes, this has happened on SEVERAL occasions! It’s extremely aggravating and for this reason as soon as our plan is up we will be cancelling and not ever using Banfield or their plans again. It’s happened way too many times. Do better Banfield!

Went here bc our cat was acting strange. We are truck drivers and far from our vet back home. This location was amazing. Sweet receptionist. Knowledgeable vets. Very thoughtful and thorough. Unfortunately we got some bad news but they took the time to answer every question we had. I cannot say enough nice things about this clinic. They gave our patches all the love and respect. As if she was their own. 10/10

I don't know why I took so long to write a review. Didn't think about it until now. My name is Angel B and my cat is Maui. My sweet baby experienced a blockage and would have died. I didn't have any money and Banfield took pity because I was part of many low income programs and had proof of such. They put me on a payment plan and saved my kitty. I am autistic and Maui is a huge stability animal for me. When I got to my last 163 owed I couldn't pay and it went to collections and I paid it there. I am always very sorry to the clinic for lacking on that last bit. And I am forever in debt to them for saving the life of my cat when no one else would. He is my baby. Banfield has knowledgeable vets and compassionate care. They made me believe in kindness again. I am often reminded of this kindnes

Awesome place that treats you and your pets like family

I didn’t take my pet there but they were able to find my prescription and get me the cat food I needed. The front desk was very helpful.
