Banfield Pet Hospital

We brought our cat in on a Saturday morning (the alternative being, frankly, emergency vet expenses beyond our means), all but panicking because of her sudden loss of appetite and unusual lethargy. From the moment we approached the front desk, to the exam itself, to discussing diagnosis, we were shown compassion and kindness. It made a scary morning much more bearable. We'll be returning for continued treatment; Banfield is very reasonably priced and every person we interacted with was great. You and your pet will be seen in a timely manner, and most prescription items are easily within reach (at a great price). If you're hesitant to go here because of a handful of negative reviews, please take into account that some people go in expecting miracles and come out upset, rather than coming

I had a bit of an emergency with my kitty, and it was the weekend! I'm so grateful they were open. They got her in right away. The staff are also cat parents and handled my kitty as if she was their own. It was very comforting in an already uncomfortable situation. This was a great experience! I highly recommend taking your pets here.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. If you truly care for your pets DO NOT take them here. All they want is your money and your dog will end leaving more sick. My dog was 14 years old and had a great happy life before he was taken here. He would run, play, eat, and drink. My family was recommended to clean his teeth by Banfield, they never mentioned this would result in him passing away. After the anesthesia my dog grew very sick and could not walk, eat, drink, or even go to the bathroom on his own. We continued to take him back to Banfield for help and they did not take accountability for what they did. Instead they tried to milk us of more money and recommend us to a different dog hospital?!? This place truly devastated me and took my dog’s life away from me.

Thank you Dr. Mark Colicchio for taking such good care of our girl! He was very thorough during her appointment and worked us in on a busy Saturday when she was sick. He was great at explaining what was wrong with our dog. We came back to bring donuts. :)

The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and extremely compassionate to your pet and the owners concerns We have placed our trust in Banfield Spanish Fort over many years with two special pets and Banfield has exceeded our expectations. Thank you Dr. Dear, Sara, Angela, Tiffany, Tegan, Jaycee, Kari and everyone else. So many incredible staff members I can't name them all. Ocean has always received the best of health care from this location.
