Banfield Pet Hospital

I am writing this because of how profoundly mishandled the death of my dog, Jacque, was by this hospital. Jacque passed away in your care, and no one contacted me to ask what I wanted done with his remains. I received no call, no guidance, and no explanation at the time of his death. I had paid for your top-of-the-line after-care and handling services. Despite that, I later learned that Jacque was not sent for cremation for more than a week after he died. During that entire time, no one from this hospital contacted me. When I finally asked what had happened, I was only given excuses — not a clear explanation and not an apology. A delay of over a week, especially after paying for premium handling, and without any communication, is unacceptable. This was not just a procedural mistake.

My cat was taken in for routine vaccines. She went into Anaphylaxic shock soon after. She immediately started vomiting, lost control of her bowels and bladder and Banfield paid to have her sent to an emergency vet. $2k later my kitty was sent home after a day and a half. The best way I can describe how shes acting, is similar to a person having a stroke. Dr Montgomery was the vet on-site that day. She called me this afternoon to let me know she will not pay for any other services. She stated that I need to bring her in again for evaluation, but on my dime. I have a half dead animal because of this place. How much more can we take. This is not right. My cat is an Exotic Shorthair Persian. Not a cheap pet. And Banfield has completely crushed us. She just sits around a stares as if shes lost

My puppy Jake took to MIA and she took to him. This lady is very personable and professional. When I tell him we’re going to the doctor he gets all excited. Mia is a very exceptional person.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Them! Dr.Z and staff was kind considerate caring and took time with me and Bear (German Shepard) my baby . They all work as a team and all staff is helpful and nice

Had such a positive experience. I am moving to a different country and this was the first vet out of 4 I called who actually emailed me a quote. I couldn’t get a straight answer from the other places (including another Banfield location). When I brought my cat in, I enquired about pricing with a young man who was working the front desk. He assured me the doctor would email a quote and I did receive one that night. I also spoke with a girl at the front desk who told me all of the info I would need When I brought the dog in for the appointment. When I dropped the dog off today Hannah helped me. She was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Z came out and spoke with me as well. She made me feel very reassured. Excellent over all experience during a stressful time.
