I'm giving one star because I'm required to give a rating; my wish is to give none because the service is so TERRIBLE that they deserve zero stars. My dog ​​was there for 5 hours, from 8:15 AM to 12:30 PM, locked in a cage without water and unable to relieve himself, waiting only for some vaccinations. I consider this a disregard for both the animal and the clients. I had to take him out without the vaccinations. When I got outside the clinic, he urinated a lot... and then drank almost a liter of water, which makes me believe that they don't care about the animals they should be treating well, because it's not a favor, since they charge very well for it!

So we have been with Banfield for several years, they’re definitely the “cheapest” on paper. The charges though come during your visits, they add things they “deem necessary” and will not tell you about it. Which can seem normal but for example they gave our dog electrolytes that costed almost $100 to “energize” her and when we got home she was dying of thirst. They have also charged us for an exam $150 which was supposed to be done with our dog fasted, but did not inform us so they had us rerun the test and charged us even after saying they forgot to tell us about the fasting. My dog Jack gets allergies and his ear gets very red and itchy. Dr. Hamberg was so good! He was also very informative. The girl that took all the information was wonderful! I was very pleased, Oh and it didn't break the bank!

Went at 9am for a rabies vaccination on my dog. It would have been a walk in walk out trip. i mentioned id love to have his claws trimmed and ears cleaned. they said that is a drop off pickup service so no problem, i leave my dog at 9:05 am and walk out. figuring theyll do the shot and then his nails and ears and ill be back in an hour or two. teo hours goes by and no call with an eta. i call 5 times between 11:30 and 1pm leaving a voicemail and asking when to get my dog. no one answers the phone. at 1:15pm I go in person to pickup my dog and am told in a very rude way i don't understand how their appointments work. They did not do a thing to my dog, no ravies vaccination (which was supposed to be an in-out thing) no nails trimmed, no ears cleaned. They tossed my dog in a crate and let him

Excellent service. So kind and helpful. I love this place. We have been going for over 10 years. Dogs and cats. Our oldest is 19 and happy and healthy.
