I have had 4 dogs attend this practice and I am always pleased. Kaitlyn at the front keeps everything running smoothly. She is super responsive and helpful whenever I call. Dr. Nelson is a conscientious and careful doctor and explained things so well. The vet techs are excellent!

Banfield continues to provide my worst vet experiences to-date. The vets only come in when they feel like it, and the office will be closed when they don't. No matter how many times we've asked for a prescription to be filled, we're told we must wait for a vet visit (to which they're rarely there) and they refuse to refill for us when we arrive. They also refuse to trim our dog's nails every visit. Do yourself a favor and take your pet literally anywhere else.

I took my baby girl Karma here for a dental cleaning and cyst removal. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. The dr who did the removal was so friendly and made sure all of my questions were answered. I live 40+ min away from this location but they were the only ones who had an opening for the mass removal and I am glad I brought her here. Thank you all for taking such great care of my baby girl and thank you for having reasonable and affordable prices!! They told me my pup could live 10 more years with how healthy she is. And she is 10 now!! Update: Unfortunately, They gave my dog some vaccine without asking me during the cyst removal process. It made her whole body swell and her she began breathing very shallow and slow. She got better about two weeks later but sadly passed away a few

We had good experiences with the staff and the previous doctor (who has now left the practice) was great, but Dr Nelson over-medicated my dog twice during his teeth cleanings (to the point where they had to give him atropine, even though my dog is not geriatric and does not have heart disease). No one told me the first time and I only noticed it while reading his chart notes. When I expressed concern about it the second time, he said my dog was a “lightweight”. We’ve had teeth cleanings done at two other vets and that wasn’t the case. Additionally, they did an ear cyst removal and didn’t give us a cone, so my dog ripped out his stitches and they got infected. They paid my emergency vet bill, but it put stress on both my dog and I. We will find a different practice going forward.

Literally the best place i’ve ever been to for adoption, check ups whatever it may be. so clean, quite spacious. and the adoption process went so smoothly. i adopted a cat and two weeks later I see no problems with him.
