Banfield Pet Hospital

NEVER go to this pretend pet care place. My dog weighs 25 lbs and they gave me hearworm meds for an 80lb dog. I told them about it and they said opps. Then I called to pick up my pet for a check up. And they told me she will be out of surgery soon. WHAT she was there for her annual shots not surgery. Then I had a dog which they operated on a small cancerous spot. And they took out the stitches to soon before it healed so my dog had to be rushed to emergency animal surgery to close it. Opps again I’m hoping no one subjects their pets to these butchers. If you try to cancel it good luck!

Absolutely wonderful service at the palm coast location! They were very very kind and took lovely care of my Rocky who is having issues with vomiting. I have no complaints! I hope to keep using Banfield in the future.

Don't EVER do drop off visits for your Pet's, they'll end up getting respiratory infections and fleas when you leave them for drop off appointments. Which then end up coating you hundreds in medication and your pets suffering. They used to be great and now they're terrible

All of the staff in office at the Banfield hospital Palm Coast are kind, attentive and knowledgeable. They offer professional and compassionate care and always follow up after visits. The reason I did not offer 5 stars is due to the way the phones are answered. In many cases they have cut me off while I was talking and 3 times I was left on hold for more than 30 minutes. Then when I called back they asked if it was an emergency and immediately put me back on hold so I had to call a third time and beg her not to put me back on hold. Another time they said they would check on the situation and never came back. When I called right back it was after 5:00 and I guess they just went home. I Truly think they need a better phone system and some phone training.

I am most grateful to Dr Eric Seiler, Banfield at Palm Coast Florida, who was thorough examining my cat and his records as well as explaining treatment options, asking me my goals then very kindly taking the time to help me sift through them. His care made a difference in our lives.
