I simply needed the paperwork for the airlines. Noticed the next day, name was wrong. I went in to have it changed after paying over a 100 dollars just for that form not including the vet visit fee. I was told the Dr was out for the next 4 days and only that Dr could change it because it’s a government form and since she initially did it she would have to change it. I went back and had to pay the 100 fee again and got it the day before my flight. So stressful. I might as well went to another vet and received the document sooner if I was paying again. Conveniently they couldn’t find my pet insurance and I was out of pocket. Highly do not recommend for them to not be trusted. No courtesy or grace/ just rude and excuses. Wasted my time and money!

I've never had a bad experience at this hospital. The staff are so kind and patient. The vets make sure to explain everything and there's no hidden fees. Get a wellness plan it's definitely worth it!

My babies (two sweet cats) had to be boarded long term after my move across country. I’m currently trying to sell my home in NV and then buying a home in Massachusetts. One of my babies wasn’t eating or going to the bathroom, the Woburn Banfield team was just amazing!!! They took her to the Bansfield Dr who said she’s just stressed (nothing otherwise causing her distress) and gave her appetite stimulants and meds to help with her stress. My cat finally came around and started eating and having normal bathroom use! The team spent a lot of time trying to make her feel comfortable and loved! It’s been killing me not to grab them up, but I’m temporarily staying with family who are highly allergic to cats, so I would have to stay at a hotel if they couldn’t stay there! My girls are safe a

I took my cat in for a dental cleaning and got a call later about him getting an X-ray or MRI before putting him under due to a condition he has. I can't recall which one, but I decided to pass since all the previous tests in the past before his dental cleaning always came back good. I was basically throwing money away per one technician since he never showed any negative signs in his behavior. I know what I said but I guess the doctor heard something different and charged me for it. I was at a loss on what to do since it was already done and I wasn’t trying to cause a scene or give the receptionist a hard time. I just know I’m not coming back to this Banfield.

I have been taking my dogs to Banfield for years, and I have always maintained how wonderful my animals are treated. I have 2 dogs, Lulu is my Labrador mix and who is a rescue, and getting pretty old; then there is Mr. Banks, my sweet little man is a Schi-tzu and he will be 11 next month. Mr. Banks is having a lot of health issues, such as losing movement in his hind legs due to spine issues. Both are on prescription food, but the same food so it was easy to buy a big bag for both to share. But when I brought Lulu in for her comprehensive exam, I was told she had some kidney issues. They put her on medication and a new food. Which by the way, doesn't come in small bags. They told me to bring her back in a month for a re-test. I was told at that appointment her kidneys have gotten worse and
